Can't use the dongle, when change the USB port connected the dongle.

The New Hardware Wizard may detect after change the USB port connected the dongle.
If the driver installation fail, try the following operation.

• Connected to the internet, execute it.

• At the New Hardware Wizard, select the driver manually.
