Obtain the processing unit updated number when flow is edited

RenumUnitNo(<oldUnitNo>)

Processing unit number after update.

Description

Obtain the processing unit updated number when flow is edited.

It makes an error(Illegal function call) when performing it not in the *RenumProc subroutine.
