Change the initial display image when FJ starts

Change the initial display image when FJ starts.

You can change the initial display image when FJ starts.
Execute the following operation.
1.Prepare the image file which you want to display when FJ starts, and rename the file name to "FZ-splash.bmp"
2.Overwrite copy the file to "Release_XP" folder which is in you install FJ below.
